Mari-Beth did an excellent job in selling my house despite an unexpected water damage problem, her unexpected broken ankle and my being in Raleigh. Mari-Beth made excellent recommendations with respect to painting, repair people, staging, photos, and pricing as well as monitoring the repair people. He suggestions and support allowed me to remain in Raleigh while she dealt with the workers on a regular basis. Unfortunately, as we were dealing with the floor repairs due to the leak, the Charlotte housing market changed, and Mari-Beth made several suggestions to sell the house.
